This programme is designed to develop Assistant Club Managers into future Club Managers and provide a pathway to manage your very own club.We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Club Manager at our club in Waurn Ponds. In this role, youll gain handson experience and mentorship from industry leaders, while receiving personalised development, upskilling opportunities, and constructive feedback to support your growth. Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional leadership and promoting health and wellbeing among members and staff, all while building the skills needed to progress toward a future Club Manager role.The Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager in overseeing daytoday club operations and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include assisting in the leadership and development of a high-performing team, maintaining a clean, safe, and wellpresented facility, and ensuring the club offers engaging programs that meet and exceed member expectations.The role requires a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and driving new membership sales.
