The Position Based at Wearne, Dudley Park, your role as laundry and kitchen services is to ensure our aged care facility is a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for residents. Through attentive cleaning and care, youll help create an environment that feels like home. If youre dedicated to creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere and take pride in high standards, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our seniors every day! This is a permanent part-time role offering 40 hours per fortnight. Week 1 schedule: Tuesday Friday 07:3014:30 Week 2 schedule: Thursday Friday 07:3014:30 Key responsibilities Maintain appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisations values. Consider resident lifestyles and personal choice. Maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Manage laundry routines in line with the laundry schedule. Prepare and plate food, serve and clear away meals in line with food preparation schedules. Maintain the food preparation and serving areas to state hygiene standards. Evidence of current flu vaccinations as per Amana Living policies. Obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6month validity). Successfully complete preemployment medical and reference checks. NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain). Proven organisational and timemanagement skills. Work independently and as a member of a team, as required.
