Managing the day to day running of the businessLogistics delegation so staff know what jobs they need to complete each dayAnswering calls regarding bookings and enquiries etcOrdering stock when neededHours generally between 8am and 4pm but shifts can sometimes start earlier and finish later depending on customer''s needs and our workload.Alot of data entry including bookings and emails etcPosition RequirementsHuge attention to detail when it comes to taking bookings etc.High level of attention to detail and cleanlinessAbility to lift up to 25kg for manual handling tasksAustralian citizenship is requiredWe deal with weddings, sporting events, festivals and other major events. If we don''t do our job properly then our client''s "once in a lifetime" events could be compromised.
