We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesHave experience providing high-quality counselling and crisis response supportEnjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environmentsHave a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performanceBe commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspectiveYou will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a can do attitude.RequirementsA tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. 3 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable.
