Job Description Were seeking a Speech Pathologist at any stage of their career whos ready to take the next step. You will join our fun and collaborative multidisciplinary team. We want to support you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression! Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in Tamworth, Watsons Creek, Upper Manilla, Gunnedah, Wallabadah and surrounding areas. Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same! We strive to provide a caseload that fits experience and interests. You might find us in childcare centres, schools, homes and even outreach locations (as part of our AAA Adventurer Program!). We work closely with the MDT, often lunching together and celebrating wins. Whether you prefer teamwork or value worklife balance at home, everyone has a place with us. Your Role Will Include Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services Our Early Years caseload (05) early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, schoolreadiness) Schoolaged children (518) literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation Adults functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation Neuroaffirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups What''s in it for you?
