Enrolle Nurse / Registered Nurse - Wyuna Sub-Acute Grampians Health Employment Type: Permanent Part Time to Full Time Pay: (IB68 - IB72) $38.14 - $40.52 per hour / (YP2 - YP9) $42.61 - $54.41 per hour Location: Grampians Health Horsham (20 bed sub-acute facility) About the Role Grampians Health Horsham is a 20 bed sub-acute facility that provides admitted rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation and management (GEM), transition and palliative care services within a multidisciplinary team and patient focused environment. Work Schedule 7day, 24hour rotating roster including day, afternoon, and night shifts. Permanent fulltime, parttime and casual positions available. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team Liaise and effectively communicate with relevant medical, nursing and allied health team members Promote evidencebased practice that has a problemsolving approach Encourage patients, carers and families to participate in all stages of care When appropriate, supervise and direct clinical practice of junior Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and undergraduate nursing students and provide feedback Skills & Experience Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Knowledge of contemporary nursing theory and practice in relation to the care of subacute patients/clients Thorough understanding of quality systems and health services accreditation Our Offer Flexible work arrangements and purchase leave opportunities Salary packaging for living expenses such as rent/mortgage plus meals, entertainment & holidays Access to Fitness Passport membership Staff rewards and recognition programs Additional Information All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
