Job Description Currently we are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team located at Hampton House (Step up Step Down Facility). The successful applicant will : As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients. Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care.
