Additionally, our new fullyequipped gym on the first floor offers private memberships for clients to continue their rehab and exercise programs independently between appointments.About The RoleIn this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.Key Responsibilities IncludeConduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.Deliver evidencebased therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and postoperative rehabilitation.Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.Support communitybased initiatives and health promotion programs where required.Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.Develop and strengthen client relationships to support longterm health outcomes.Professional development is a priority here, with regular inservices, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both inhouse and external Pilates training.Youll Enjoy a Diverse Caseload That IncludesAcute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injuries.Postoperative orthopaedic rehabilitation.Hand therapy and work injuries.NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates.In DubboIn Dubbo life is relaxed with cleaner air, lighter traffic, friendly people, and plenty of walking and cycling tracks, social and sporting options.
