This role ensures smooth execution of administrative processes, financial controls, and provider compliance, while driving continuous improvement aligned with HammondCares Next Chapter strategy. Primary location of role is North Sydney region, however multiple locations available at any office in North NSW. Work From Home flexibility available in this Hybrid role. Essence Of The Role Experience using Care Hub and Coupa is highly desirable Lead and develop Business Support Team Implement workforce planning, succession strategies, and capability development for BSOs Oversee invoicing, timesheet approvals, Care Hub cases Monitor budgets and partner with Procurement to ensure compliance Act as key liaison with client Care, Delivery, Allied Health, Clinical teams and Partner Services Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce Care Hub, Coupa backlog and invoice delays About You Commitment to engage and align with HammondCares Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
