As Southeast QLDs leading boutique allied health provider, were excited to welcome a New Graduate Occupational Therapist into our supportive and collaborative team. Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and access to experienced clinicians across a range of specialties. Youll be mentored, empowered, and given the tools to grow into a confident and capable practitioner. Travel reimbursement, iPhone & laptop Flexible work options clinic, home, or community Work with leaders with 20+ years experience Your First Six Months Structured Support & Growth Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups Initial shadowing period with experienced clinicians (Weeks 12) Gradual Caseload RampUp Months 12: Build up to 23 clients per week Month 3: Begin managing an independent caseload with senior support Month 6: Transition to a full caseload, with continued guidance Why Youll Love It Here Fulltime role with a balanced utilisation target (65%), focusing on quality care over quantity, with a realistic KPI of up to 5 billable hours per day Shape your caseload around your passions: choose a mix of Generalist Adult, Paediatric, and Mental Health clientsor focus on the areas that interest you most.
