About The Opportunity As a Business Administration Trainee in our People and Culture team, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to help our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, delivering exceptional customer service, performing data entry, and assisting with a variety of tasks that support the teams objectives. In This Role, You Will Deliver general administrative support services, including data entry, typing and records maintenance. Respond to enquiries promptly to deliver excellent customer service, including handling telephone and email queries. Effectively utilise digital tools and software applications to execute core administrative functions with accuracy and efficiency. Organise bookings, calendars, meetings, and other administrative tasks efficiently. Always maintain strict client confidentiality. Work onsite five days a week, enjoying collaboration with your team and fostering strong connections. About You We are looking for someone who: Is enrolled in an approved training course or program as outlined in the Traineeship Agreement. Attends the training course or program regularly as required.
