Description Location: Anula Primary School, NT Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Service Capacity: 100 places registered Schedule: Flexible hours across a 75-hour fortnight (45 hours admin) About The Role Are you ready to lead a dynamic OSHC team? Whether you''re an experienced Coordinator, a Senior Educator looking to branch into OSHC, or a classroom teacher seeking better work-life balance? This role offers leadership, flexibility, and no take-home workload. As the OSHC Manager, you''ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive programmes for school-aged children. What You''ll Do Supervise and manage the service within legal and regulatory frameworks Lead and support a cohesive, efficient team Create a safe, stimulating environment tailored to children''s needs Build strong relationships with families and the school community Align programmes with the school''s vision through collaboration What You Need Relevant qualification Valid Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card) Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong understanding of EYLF, My Time Our Place, NQS, QIP, and Education & Care Services National Law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills As part of our commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months. This must be submitted prior to commencing employment.
