Job Description

Project Manager Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team based at Pinjarra, WA. As the Project Team Lead (Project Manager), you will be responsible for coordination of project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley. This is a site based position with flexible options available including working from home, compressed work weeks etc. What Youll Do Defines and leads multi-discipline, multi-location project teams to deliver the agreed scope of work effectively. Sets clear project objectives for scope, schedule, budget, and productivity; monitors performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and addresses performance gaps. Applies strong knowledge of customer contracts and business drivers to oversee project execution and financial performance. Ensures compliance with the customers Basis of Design, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements, with accurate tracking of design deliverables and quantities. Manages project cost build-up and gross margin, tracks cost and schedule performance, forecasts trends, and ensures effective change control. Develops and utilises project schedules and resource plans, supported by regular reviews and project controls to monitor progress. Acts as the technical interface with the customer, proactively resolving technical and coordination issues and maintaining trusted client relationships. Identifies project risks and implements mitigation and contingency plans in line with Worley risk management procedures, maintaining an up-to-date risk register. What Youll Have University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction. Extensive years of engineering experience, including relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP project experience. Demonstrated understanding of EPC project delivery workflow and coordination and also has a basic exposure and understanding of procurement/subcontracting and on-site construction support. Competent in Microsoft Access and Visio.
