As the Team Leader in our Workforce Australia program, youll lead with purpose driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence within a passionate team of Employment Consultants. Through your leadership, youll create a supportive, highperforming environment where staff are empowered to succeed and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants. Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Provide clear direction and motivation to a team of Employment Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional services to job seekers and employers. Drive Performance: Champion performance by guiding your team to consistently achieve targets in a fastpaced, outcomedriven environment. Build Culture: Create an environment of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement through regular feedback and development. Manage Complexity: Balance service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance. Qualifications Proven leadership: A track record of leading diverse teams in fastpaced, performancedriven environments. PersonCentred Approach: Ability to guide teams in delivering personalised, strengthsbased services that achieve meaningful outcomes and measurable results. Strong Coach & Communicator: Skilled at motivating and developing others through clear communication, constructive feedback, and effective coaching. Operational Excellence: Confident decisionmaking and problemsolving skills, ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery aligned with program standards. PreRequisites: Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
