Youll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship, through your effective decision making and clinical experience. Youll provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Working with the Care Coordinators, youll work to provide outstanding care to residents in your service, advocating individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life. Overseeing a team of care staff, youll empower your team through learning, support and leadership in order to advance the level of service to your residents. In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, youll ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards. Youll ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with ANNAC funding, care planning and community engagement. Youll plan and implement care initiatives centred on quality improvements, driving positive changes within your services. What makes a difference for us? Youll be an experienced nursing clinician, with previous experience as a clinical lead or clinical nurse within a health, community or aged care environment.
