Silent Theory Clothing Store Manager - Byron Bay Are you a passionate retail professional with strong leadership and people management capabilities? We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Silent Theory clothing store in the picturesque coastal town of Byron Bay. This is a full-time position based in our Byron Bay store.What youll be doing Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and financial performance Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance the stores competitiveness Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Provide coaching and development opportunities to support the growth and performance of the store team Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvement initiatives What were looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and financial reporting Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of current trends What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
