About You Youre a confident and experienced Systems Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing people together to deliver results. You combine strong technical knowledge with natural leadership skills, empowering your team to perform at their best while maintaining a clear focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Youll bring a solid understanding of design, analysis, and integration techniques, along with experience managing governance frameworks and technical assurance in large, multistakeholder programs. To be Successful in this Position you Will Bring Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) Hold an accredited (under the Washington Accord) bachelors degree in engineering or hold the recognised engineering qualifications to be eligible to obtain Professional Engineer category Membership through a recognised body.
