Our cafs are fast, friendly and proudly local, and were looking for Casual Caf Cooks who love a busy service and great food. We''re open 24 / 7, so we ideally seek candidates who can be available over a range of hours across morning, afternoon and night shifts. Typically, our cooks work 3-4 days per week and around 20-30 hours per week. What youll do Cook our caf menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks About you Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast-paced environments Confident working on grills Strong multitasking and clear communication within the kitchen and the FOH team Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality Why join Vilis?
