About the Role At Sportsbet were passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and we need leaders who share that energy! Were looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Darwin Contact Centre in a full-time permanent role. As a Customer Service Manager youll oversee the day-today operations of our contact centre leading a team of up to 30 Customer Service Advisors to deliver outstanding and implement policies and procedures, ensure staffing and training needs are met and drive continuous improvement to keep our customer experience worldclass. This is a handson leadership role where youll balance strategic planning with realtime performance management coaching and play a key role in embedding new processes supporting change initiatives and building a culture of excellence. What Youll Do Lead and manage a team of up to 30 Customer Service Advisors Act as the escalation point for complex customer queries and complaints Plan staffing and training to meet operational and event requirements Review policies performance and reporting to ensure service excellence Drive change management and embed new processes across the team Oversee recruitment onboarding and ongoing development for team members Champion reward and recognition programs and foster engagement What Were Looking For Demonstrated experience in a contact centre environment Strong people leadership and team management skills Ability to build relationships and lead change effectively Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Experience with performance conversations and staff development Understanding of compliance and auditing requirements A relevant bachelors degree (preferred) Required Experience: Manager Key Skills Typing Data Entry Customer Service Basic Math Computer Skills Windows Banking Upselling Pricing Sanitation Cash Handling Stocking Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
