What this opportunity involves:The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strict compliance with policies and procedures. This is a casual on-going role working 2 to 3 days (15 22.5 hours) per week based in our JLL Canberra office.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily processing of property expenditure invoices with precision and speed while maintaining accuracy in a fastpaced environment.Assist with financial enquiries from designated government clients and support ongoing client reporting requirements.Monitor processing accuracy, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and apply appropriate internal controls while addressing operational issues.Liaise with internal teams (Finance, leasing managers, lease administration, facilities management) and external client representatives to ensure seamless operations.Provide highlevel service to clients, third parties, and staff members while supporting various ad hoc tasks as required.Key Skills & Requirements:Currently pursuing tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business is desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all mediums (spoken, written and inperson).Sound computer literacy in standard MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.Strong sense of ownership over responsibilities and processes.Proven reliability with ability to meet deadlines.Capability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.What you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands.Private Health Insurance Discounts.Employee assistant program.Novated Lease for EV cars.Paid time off for volunteer work.Career Opportunities with Australia''s #1 Commercial Real Estate firm.Premium offices.About us:At JLL, we see a Brighter Wayforward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
