We have a unique role on offer Caf worker / Customer Service Officer role based at Emerald Airport on a Part Time ongoing basis. Caf worker / Customer Service Officer We are currently looking for an experienced Caf worker / Customer Service officer to work at Emerald Airport on a Part Time basis. Responsibilities and Qualifications Extensive barista skills and a passion for coffee. Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (desirable). Food Handlers Certificate and RSA Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability, and dependability. Selfmotivated, proactive, and teamoriented. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights. Handle cashiering services, including float balance, voucher redemption, and daily shift reporting. Dispense hot beverages and assist with shortorder cooking. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ability to complete/obtain a FULLY PAID Transport Security Protection Course. The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) Full Criminal History Check. Full unrestricted working rights.
