OverviewThe Team: This position offers a diverse and rewarding opportunity to contribute to health and community care through collaborative teamwork across four sites. Youll work within multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong partnerships with the Huon and Kingborough Councils, as well as other key stakeholders, all committed to enhancing primary health care, wellness, and reablement outcomes in partnership with our consumers.The role provides clinical care and support to the Huon and Kingston Community members, assists Bruny Island Community Nursing as required, and supports consumers, community members, and healthcare professionals attending our facilities or community appointments.Located across Kingborough and Huon Municipalitysrenowned for National Parks, World Heritage areas, and the picturesque Huon River and DEntrecasteaux Channelour Community Health teams work closely with all services in the region. Together, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in healthcare and achieving improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the broader Tasmanian community.The RoleAs a valued member of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering highquality health services, the Enrolled Nurse plays a key role in ensuring effective and efficient client care. This position provides daytoday clinic and community nursing care.ResponsibilitiesSound knowledge of Primary Health Care principles and nursing care procedures and practices in the community setting.Demonstrated ability to practice in a manner that respects the right of individuals and groups.Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated clinical assessment, problem solving and organisational skills.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointmentPermanent, part time, shift worker position, working 40 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary$73,109 to $80,524 per annum (Pro rata).
