Join our team as a Personal Care Attendant at Heyfield Hospital or Stretton Park. Explore full-time, part-time, and casual positions with diverse tenure opportunities at either Aged Care site. Locations Heyfield Hospital (HHI) : A private facility managed by CGHS, featuring 11 acute / sub-acute beds, 3 Transitional Care beds, and a 51-bed aged care facility, Laurina Lodge. Stretton Park : A private, not-for-profit aged care facility with 40 permanent beds, 2 respite beds, and 19 Independent Living Units, governed by the Stretton Park Board of Management and managed through CGH. About the Role Provide effective and efficient personal care services that meet individual needs and preferences while upholding the vision, mission, and values of the Aged Care Site. Work within care coordination principles to ensure residents have access to a coordinated health care and community support system. Collaborate with other care staff in a supportive team environment. Duties Comply with occupational health and safety requirements, No Lift Manual Handling, safe food handling, and respect residents'' rights. Use Personal Protective Equipment as required. Report issues and concerns regarding personal care services to the Nurse Unit Manager or Director of Residential Aged Care. Treat residents with respect and dignity. Perform additional duties as requested by the Nurse Unit Manager or Director of Residential Aged Care. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Support people living with dementia. Assist with personal care needs. Participate in implementing individualized care plans. Support individual health and emotional well-being. Follow safety procedures for direct care work.
