Position Overview As a Community Care Allied Health Assistant, you will support our growing team of Allied Health professionalsincluding Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other cliniciansin delivering highquality, personcentred services. You will play an essential role in assisting with therapy programs, helping clients work towards their goals, and ensuring seamless service delivery. We seek someone who demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, empathy, flexibility, proactivity, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist Allied Health professionals in implementing therapy programs and interventions as directed. Support clients with exercises, activities, and rehabilitation tasks designed by supervising clinicians. Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment and therapy spaces, ensuring safe and effective use. Document client progress and provide timely feedback to supervising therapists. Contribute to the development of client resources, activity plans, and therapy materials. Support clients in participating in meaningful daily activities and maintaining functional independence. Manage your daily schedule and tasks effectively while maintaining accurate and compliant records. Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills in supporting communitybased therapy. Current Australian drivers licence and own vehicle. Strong organisational, communication, and people skills.
