Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and operational management of all technology functions. Report directly to the CEO, overseeing business-as-usual IT operations while driving innovation and major projects that enhance organisational efficiency and compliance. Manage a skilled internal IT team and external consultants, ensuring robust infrastructure, secure data management, and seamless integration with hospital systems. Represent the organisation in high-level discussions with public hospitals, government bodies, and senior healthcare executives. Oversee IT operations and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Drive technology roadmap aligned with organisational goals and compliance requirements. Lead cybersecurity and data protection initiatives. Manage major IT projects and implement structured change management processes. Champion innovation and digital transformation programs. Handle vendor and stakeholder management to ensure optimal performance and value. Allocate resources and oversee budget for IT functions. Qualifications 15+ years in IT leadership roles, with experience within healthcare, radiology, or pathology. Strong understanding of LIS workflows and hospital system integration. Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and project management. Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. Commercially astute, highly organised, and adaptable to change.
