Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role Youll be a trusted People Partner supporting the Member Engagement, Education & Advice (MEEA) division and the MG division, coaching leaders and delivering people and change initiatives that enable transformation and a standout employee experience. Youll collaborate closely with our People Partnering & ER team and Centres of Expertise to bring integrated HR solutions to life. Please note, this role is being offered as a 12 month contract opportunity. Some responsibilities include: Acting as a strategic adviser and coach to divisional leadersanticipating needs and shaping people solutions that drive change, engagement and performance; Planning and execute people programs across the division, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and change communications; Providing expert guidance on employee relations, investigations and dispute resolution; partner with ER specialists on complex matters; Delivering cyclical people activities (e.g., performance and talent reviews), advise on role design and job grading, and resolve Tier 2 employee queries; and Embedding a strong risk, compliance and wellbeing mindsetensuring controls are in place and regulatory obligations are met. How do you exceed our expectations? Youre an experienced generalist/business partner who is both operational and strategic in your thinking. Additionally you have: Strong/demonstrated prior experience in a high-volume role; Strong/demonstrated ability to consult, support and coach leaders/ management on a variety of people matters through a portfolio model approach to ensure better outcomes on people related matters, building a high performing, accountable workforce and leaders to deliver on strategic and operational priorities; Strong experience in dealing with employee and industrial relations issues and be able to work with complex and sensitive situations; Experience coaching, supporting and guiding and influencing leaders and decisions and be pragmatic in approach; Employee Relations - Proven capability in managing grievances and investigations, complex cases end to end with strong verbal and writing skills; Well-developed interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building trusted relationships and can influence at all levels across a business; Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraint; and Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations preferable.
