Consultant Psychiatrist Part Time (0.6 FTE) Mildura Base Public Hospitals Mental Health Services in Mildura, Victoria offer a unique opportunity to join a dynamic medical team. The service provides specialist public mental health services to a population of approximately 70,000 people across an area of 25,000 square kilometres. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership in the delivery of highquality psychiatric services. Work closely with inpatient and consultationliaison psychiatrists and the Clinical Director to foster collaboration within the medical team. Deliver care to general medicine patients presenting to the emergency department, participate in an acute and general care medicine oncall roster, and conduct inpatient and outpatient clinics. Teach and mentor doctors in training and medical students.
