As part of this journey, our client will be exploring the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen and scale their operational foundation. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will play a critical role in shaping the operational backbone of a fastgrowing, valuesled, directtoconsumer brand with an expanding global footprint. This role will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Brand and Operations teams to drive business efficiency, scalability and execution. It is a handson leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with practical operational delivery. The successful candidate will help transform strong momentum into sustainable, scalable growth. Key Focus Areas Operational Excellence Lead business operations across ecommerce, customer experience, people and culture, data, legal and compliance and international expansion. Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, cash flow and resource allocation. Build scalable systems and processes to support ongoing growth. Translate highlevel strategy into executable operational plans and manage the operating cadence. Implement bestpractice frameworks for international expansion and operational scale. Support the executive team with datadriven insights and decisionmaking. CrossFunctional Leadership Partner with Product, Marketing and Brand leaders to align execution with commercial goals. Build strong operating rhythms across teams and functions. Drive profitability through disciplined cost management and growth initiatives. Oversee reporting, KPIs and performance tracking. Support investment decisions that enable longterm value creation. Identify and manage operational risk. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. About You You are an experienced operational leader with a background in highgrowth, consumerled or ecommerce environments. You Bring Proven experience scaling operations in a growing business. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Experience managing digital platforms, logistics and customer experience at scale. A pragmatic, detailoriented approach with the ability to think strategically. Confident leadership style with the ability to influence and lead through change. Youre comfortable operating in founderled businesses and enjoy building structure without slowing momentum. Why Register Interest?
