Your purpose: As the Media Implementation Account Director, you will work alongside another Account Director and lead a small team of Managers, Executives and Assistants. Youll be the expert leading the media implementation across our offline channels, fully understanding briefs, and working with your Managers to build responses and channel strategies. This role will work on one of Australias leading airline, with a dedicated team of almost 30, youll benefit from a collaborative environment full of experts who have deep handson implementation experience and are keen to share insights about campaign strategy and delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities Manage the execution of daytoday campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic leveraging support of the team where needed. Lead and oversee your team''s product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and daytoday invoicing and billing. Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, agency partners and media partners. Creating optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy. Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up. Your Expertise Proven experience in a similar role across digital activation, programmatic, paid search or social. Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team. Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role. Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360 or Sizmek. Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fastpaced environment. A passion for working within digital activation & cross team collaboration.
