About the Job This is a senior individual contributor role focused on setting the benchmark for UI excellence across a large web ecosystem. Youll shape experience architecture, guide UI standards, and ensure consistency, accessibility and quality across multiple digital initiatives. Working closely with design systems, content, research, product and engineering partners, youll influence enterpriselevel decisions and ensure UI design aligns to both customer needs and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic UI Leadership: Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for UI and interaction design that aligns to enterprise strategy and delivers measurable customer impact. Experience Architecture: Guide UI design across multiple initiatives, ensuring scalable patterns, cohesive architecture and highquality execution across the web ecosystem. Craft, Quality & Accessibility: Set and uphold bestinclass standards for UI craft, motion, interaction and accessibility, embedding inclusive design principles across all outputs. Coaching & Community Leadership: Mentor senior and midlevel designers, lead communities of practice, and actively uplift UI capability through feedback, critique and shared learning. Design Systems & Platforms: Partner closely with design systems, content and accessibility teams to ensure consistent adoption of tokens, components and frameworks, and to evolve platforms based on real delivery insights.
