Senior Brand Manager (12 month fixedterm contract) We''re searching for a passionate Senior Brand Manager for a 12 month fixedterm contract, to drive brand strategy and activation plans for a portfolio of some of our strongest brands. This role works closely with our Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams, as well as agencies and trade partners to achieve brand objectives. This role is also responsible for developing and coaching direct reports, to meet brand and personal performance / development objectives. Responsibilities Develop annual budget in Australian market, create marketing plans, implement pricing strategy, and execute strategy to reach sales objectives. Support efforts to grow total Sazerac portfolio. Develop Sazeracspecific brand plans direct and manage the implementation of these brand plans and review effect on the business. Develop, evaluate and report results. Ensure that Brand Portfolio performs in a manner consistent with the company''s overall bourbon strategy. Manage the achievement of volume and brand contribution objectives and create awareness and demand. Support and monitor the sales team''s pursuit of brand''s KPIs and ensure the annual achievement of budgeted volume and brand contribution plans. Implement marketing activities and assist Sales teams to achieve brand/country/state priority objectives for assigned brands. Prioritize time and resources to evaluate and analyze progress on brands most critical to achieving growth and brand contribution objectives. Use COGNOS, KPI''s, Board and On Tap to measure and analyze progress against brand state priorities. Develop strategic brand plans and annual marketing plans and activities for assigned brands that support and achieve the longterm goals. Follow company protocol to concept, plan, develop, launch and execute new innovation projects. Includes strategy, design, procurement, compliance, forecasting, costing, pricing, production planning, item setup coordination, etc. Manage TM communication and monitoring Portfolio. Establish well organized priorities for yourself. As a priority team leader, identify the appropriate team members needed for success. Define roles of team members and ensure their understanding. Monitor team progress against the priorities. Ensure development of a prioritized PDS plan, including ownership, commitment and ongoing documentation of progress toward skill development. Ensure any direct reports receive constructive feedback on their performance and have development plans to improve at least one competency each year. Identify career goals and desired career path to work toward with manager and direct reports. Document within CDS, and continually develop skills to achieve the identified goal. Coach team members to achieve career development goals. Evaluate, select and lead advertising, promotion and design agencies where relevant and ensure quality output is delivered on time and on budget. Work as appropriate with PR Agency to develop periodic press releases for Portfolio. Qualifications Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems. Bachelors Degree. Willingness to travel. Implementation or project management experience. Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience. Brand management experience. Business experience, at least.
