The Company is seeking a Head of Fraud Solutions for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and product-oriented aspects of the fraud solution suite, ensuring that the offerings are tailored to the specific needs of the Asia Pacific market. This role involves maintaining a deep understanding of the product, including the R&D roadmap, and translating market needs into product features. The Head of Fraud Solutions will also be heavily involved in sales and marketing activities, supporting the business in meeting revenue targets, training commercial teams, and engaging in thought leadership to promote the product. Additionally, the role includes a focus on delivery, customer success, and retention, as well as working with various internal and external functions to ensure the solution is meeting customer needs and delivering the expected business benefits.Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in using technology and data to identify and investigate fraud, with at least 10 years'' of experience in the field.
