Our practice is located in beautiful Kempseyjust 30 minutes from Port Macquarie and 10 minutes from stunning surf beaches. We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Dentist to join our team, replacing a departing associate with strong patient demand and established books. Exceptional Orthodontic Training (Theory + HandsOn)You will learn to diagnose and manage complex orthodontic cases using : Full orthodontic record taking OPG interpretation & cephalometric tracing Model analysis & treatment planning Dentofacial orthopaedics ALF (Advanced Lightwire Functional) appliances Myofunctional orthodontics (Myobrace) Fixed braces using the Delta Force bracket system Case finishing, debanding & retention This is genuine, structured mentorship with real patients, not just theory. Additional Clinical OpportunitiesYou have the opportunity to grow in : Complex extractions, including fully and horizontally impacted wisdom teeth Implant dentistryfrom single implants through to fullarch implant rehabilitation Fixed prosthodontics Waterlase laser dentistry Cosmetic dentistry Facial injectables (optional) Our departing dentist (a recent graduate) initially received guidance from the principal dentist for fullarch implant cases. With experience, he became fully independent and has since managed a significant number of fullarch cases. Over the past 12 months, he has worked on fullarch implant cases, completing more than half of them. He has also developed strong skills in fixed prosthodontics, clear aligners, and assisting with fixed braces patients. His income exceeded $340,000 in the past 12 months, demonstrating strong patient demand and excellent earning potential.
