JOB SUMMARYSupport Retail Banking Head Office in Taiwan in areas including planning and coordination of the key business initiatives, internal/ external communications, governance and other ad hoc projects.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategyThis personnel provides support in to manage theDistribution strategy right-sizing to fit purposePeople capacity and productivityClient journey including product, policy, and end-to-end process enhancementsClient Value Proposition and segment strategy for Affluent and HNW clients, across both DBU individuals and OBU PICDelivery platforms development of short-, mid-, and long-term roadmapsTalent development and bench strengthBusinessCoordinate and work closely with Distribution Head to drive/support the key Distribution business initiativesEnsure alignment of Group, Region and Country strategic initiatives and assist in initiatives rolloutContribute to the effective operation of Distribution collective agenda and procedures for monitoring and assessing of assigned initiativesManage regular submission requests from Group, Region or Country OfficeManage the ad-hoc tasks and assignments appointed by Country WRB HeadDemonstrate deep understanding of Market status, Business environment and our strategy, to effectively articulate challenges and opportunities.ProcessesAlways inspire a focus on quality improvement, looking internally and externally for best practice.Close analysis of available metrics to understand service delivery challenges; work collaboratively to resolve these through drawing together all relevant stakeholders.Work in partnership with the business and functions to remove any obstacles to service delivery.People & TalentContribute to discussions regarding succession planning and internal hiring, as well as impact this will have on hiring decisions / strategy.Create and maintain a culture of open communication at all levels which subsequently filters through to excellent customer engagementRole model valued behaviours, leading by example.Risk ManagementDemonstrate a deep understanding of operational risks in areas of responsibilityProactive risk management; remain vigilant in identifying and managing forward-looking risks, flagging potential problems to relevant stakeholders in advance of issues arising.GovernanceA deep understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks is essential, alongside proven strategy planning, stakeholder management, and account planning experience.
