Your career moves forward.The OpportunityWe''re looking for a driven and dynamic Repair Centre Manager to lead our RPM Narellan team.At RPM Narellan, we take pride in our positive team culture, where leadership, collaboration, and individual contributions are valued. Our 20-person team handles a wide range of jobs, from small fixes to large-scale repairs, with a steady flow of work from insurer IAG. Our repair facility is fully equipped for top-quality repairs and is conveniently located to serve the growing areas of Narellan, Campbelltown, and Gregory Hills.Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will be provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.What Youll DoProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.What Were Looking For?Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets.Proven leadership and people management skills.Previous experience in a similar Automotive Management role and relevant Automotive Trade qualification.Why AMA Collision?Because Careers Driven By You isnt just a tagline its our promise.
