The Division Home Director is responsible for driving business growth, and supporting clinical outcomes throughout the division. This will be accomplished by acting on a strategic vision, building relationships, exercising influence, and ensuring ongoing training and education occur across the division.Why Home Dialysis?Patients who choose home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis can dialyze from the comfort of home, giving them better control of their treatment schedules, more time for themselves, their families, their jobs and the activities they enjoyed before starting dialysis. Patients may also see over the chronic, or in-center setting. Youll also receive opportunities to partner alongside innovative, compassionate and driven leaders.Are you ready to transform health care with us?What to Expect in this RoleGrowthDevelop and execute on strategic growth plans for your divisionOversee Home physician engagement for the regionMaintain and grow hospital partnershipsPartner with in-center clinical teams to deliver quality modality education for patientsClinicalEnsure development and implementation of policies, procedures and resources to help patients assume responsibility for their own health maintenanceDrive clinical and operational outcomesFinancials / Operations / Teammate DevelopmentReport financial and operational statuses to divisional leadershipAchieve productivity ratios as well as budget targets for operational goals through the use and / or implementation of the appropriate toolsParticipate in budget formulation across division; monitor staffing and patient loads.TravelUp to 50-70% dependent on the local divisionWho Youll Report ToDivision Vice PresidentAdditionally, this person will not have direct reports or P&L ownership.Required Qualifications8 years of multi-site management experience; preferable in the health care settingBachelors degree, Masters preferredHigh business acumenDemonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with a variety of colleagues and partners.Ability to analyze data and act on itAbility to influence and understand different points of view to drive changeCommitment to patient centered careAre you ready to make a difference in the lives of your patients and enjoy the support of a stellar team?
