About the role SafeWork NSW is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage and oversee our Triage and Advisory Services team. This new role is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by driving high quality regulatory responses and supporting initiatives that address work health and safety risks including psychological risk and harm in workplaces across NSW. Responsibilities Manage and oversee triage advisors and team leaders to deliver consistent, high quality triage, assessment and verification activities aligned to the application of SafeWork NSW''s triage framework. Lead and drive the expansion of and delivery of frontline support and advice for matters related to psychological risk and harm. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, and ensure timely and fair resolution of regulatory matters. Manage the delivery of high level administrative and governance support for key operational functions of SafeWork NSW ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and contributing to enhanced regulatory intelligence and operational effectiveness. Build a high performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and capability development. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen integrated regulatory responses. Monitor triage volumes, trends, and emerging issues to support regulatory intelligence and informed decisionmaking. Contribute to national approaches and best practice in WHS triage and incident notifications.
