Job Description

Key Duties Deliver a wide range of dental services for patients across all ages, advise and support patients regarding oral hygiene and preventive personalised treatment strategies, and clearly explain proposed treatments cohesively with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. Conduct detailed oral assessments and outline appropriate treatment, nurture trusted relationships with both patients and current staff, stay up-to-date with emerging techniques, technology, and clinical protocols. Accurately document patient histories, findings, and treatments; identify and manage dental conditions, including gum disease, trauma, and structural issues; perform regular checkups, scaling, and various routine dental interventions. Promote patient education on maintaining longterm oral health collaboratively with fellow dental professionals to ensure highquality care. Package and Benefits Opportunity to live and work in Cairns North, Australia. Earning potential between AUD$150,000 and AUD$350,000 per annum with 40% commission on monthly billings. Bachelor''s Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas. Relevant qualification recognised by the Dental Board of interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both patients and team members. Eagerness to continuously enhance capabilities and broaden clinical expertise. Dedication to delivering exceptional, patientfocused care with sound clinical judgement and highquality applications from seasoned practitioners as well as recent proactive attitude toward professional growth and embracing new opportunities.
