In this role you will further your experience in analysing primary voice of customer data, secondary macro data, and business/client priorities.This is a fast-paced role which will drive you to be an expert in financial services insights with dedication to creating actionable outputs to support client decision making. At RFI we are client centric and continually evolving insights, research and products to be ahead of the market and meet client needs. You will support client presentations and be the insights subject matter expert.The role is critical in unlocking emerging trends, themes and producing impactful deliverables. Importantly, you will see the impact of your work on some of the largest financial services brands in Australia and New Zealand.Location - Sydney/ MelbourneKey ResponsibilitiesSupporting regular client presentations and research brief sessions.Influence the design of research briefs and analysis approach.Utilising insights and data to story-tell and drive action by our clients.
