Role OverviewYoung Academics Early Learning Centre, a leading provider with over 50 centres across New South Wales, is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant Baulkham Hills Service. As a Room Leader and/or Early Childhood Educator, you will design and deliver meaningful learning experiences in alignment with our service philosophy, supporting colleagues and building strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.Positions AvailableDiploma Room Leader Fulltime, Monday to Friday 38 hours per weekCertificate III Educator Fulltime, Monday to Friday 38 hours per weekCertificate III Educator Parttime, Tuesday to Thursday 8 hours each dayLunch Cover Parttime, Monday to Friday, 10 am4 pmResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a rich, engaging and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.Support the team of educators and teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration and reflective practice.Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and the team.Follow Centre Policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations.Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the wellbeing of children, staff and stakeholders.Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations and quality standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.Advocate for children, families and the profession, enhancing our service''s professional identity.About YouBachelor''s in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred).Valid Working with Children Check ( Paid ).Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.Child Safety MattersAt Young Academics, we prioritise children''s safety and wellbeing.
