We have extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work. In addition to front-end matters, we advise and act in disputes and applications arising in restructures and workouts, voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships.Our restructuring and insolvency services include:distressed debt investing and exitsdistressed mergers and acquisitions (M&A)voluntary administrations, liquidations and receivershipsdisputes and applications arising in relation to all of the aboverestructuring and workoutsSee recent matters here: YouYou will be joining a team that works on some of the most complex restructuring and insolvency matters in Australia.
