Join to apply for the HVAC Service Delivery Manager role at CV Services GroupLooking to be part of an industry leading company that has a loyal customer base, takes pride in what they deliver and is a great place to work.About The OpportunityAs the Service Delivery Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Ensure that contracted services are delivered in strict compliance with contract obligations, safely, on time, and within budget, meeting customer expectations.Interpret contracts, systems, and spreadsheets from the sales team to understand rostering and allocate resources based on the pipeline.Maintain strong communication and report to the Service Line Manager.Conduct site visits and manage projects as required.Liaise with a team of qualified tradespersons and administrative staff to support growth and mentoring.Oversee day-to-day service operations, from reactive breakdowns to scheduled maintenance.Quote, manage, and deliver small works projects.Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow service offerings.Maintain, build, and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.Keep accurate client records on reporting portals.Communicate daily with the HVAC team and conduct monthly toolbox talks.Collaborate with the HSEQ team and perform regular safety audits on customer sites.Assist with the recruitment of technical personnel.You will haveA Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a solid technical backgroundProven experience in high-volume service operations, with a focus on asset and data managementExperience leading, mentoring, and supporting field technicians and office staff.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency with project management systems, construction scheduling, Microsoft 365, and other relevant software.Confidence with quoting and a commercially minded approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus.Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident as well as obtain a police clearance.What CV Can Offer YouCompetitive salary packageA great company culture with exceptional people that support your success.Permanent Role with Career Progression & Training Opportunities with AIMAdditional leave through our purchased leave programCV Life Employee Rewards Program Retail discounts and work perksSalary sacrificing and novated leasingDiscounted Corporate Private Health InsuranceFinancial wellbeing programAbout CVOffering an integrated range of trade services, the CV Services Group has been creating a legacy our team are proud of since the early 1980s.
