This position involves monitoring cameras, overseeing access control, providing high-level customer service, managing reception duties, and coordinating meeting room bookings. **Duties include but are not limited to:*** Monitoring CCTV footage using a single screen covering 1011 cameras across the site, with Flir used for CCTV and CCure used for access control* Issuing and printing access cards, including troubleshooting card issues* Providing first-response support for any incidents or emergencies* Responding to alarms* Delivering high-level customer service* Performing reception duties, including coordinating meeting room bookingsAs one of Australias leading security companies including, with a national footprint across Australia, MSS Security has unrivalled experience in delivering the highest quality of service & protecting some of the nations highest profile sites.
