Senior Estimator role at Design Build We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established investor and custom home builder who is experiencing continued growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with experience across both sales and production, who enjoys working on a diverse range of residential projects. About the Role Working closely with the sales, drafting, and construction teams, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely estimates for investor and custom home builds, supporting projects from initial sales through to production. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed sales and production estimates for residential builds Review plans, specifications, and consultant documentation Complete cost plans, tenders, and variation pricing Liaise with suppliers, trades, and internal stakeholders Assist with contract documentation and handover to construction About You Previous experience as an Estimator within residential construction Experience across sales and production estimating Strong knowledge of residential building processes High attention to detail and strong time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams Highly Regarded Experience Experience using Databuild Experience using Onsite Companion Background in both investor and custom home building Whats on Offer Secure role with a reputable and growing builder Exposure to both volume investor and custom home projects Supportive team environment Competitive salary package, dependent on experience All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
