Find out more about working with us. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations of the Deputy Director-General''s office, including diary management, correspondence, and screening calls. Coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Developing and maintaining executive support systems and procedures. Preparing and reviewing departmental correspondence and briefing materials. Supporting meetings and committees through minute-taking and follow-up on action items. Liaising with departmental staff, government agencies, and external stakeholders. Undertaking short-term research tasks and projects as required.
