Clinical Leads lead recruitment, support onroad staff (RN, EN, and AIN workforce), manage client and family escalations, and line manage the RN and Scheduler teams. Clinical Leads work collaboratively as a team, rotating through five distinct portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage of all operational requirements. Key Accountabilities Recruitment Leadership: Lead endtoend recruitment including interviews, reference checks, and onboarding of RN, EN, and AIN staff OnRoad Workforce Support: Provide clinical guidance and operational support to RN, EN, and AIN staff in the field Client & Family Escalations: Manage and resolve client and family escalations, ensuring timely and professional responses Line Management: Direct line management responsibility for RN team and Scheduler team, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development EN & AIN Workforce Support: Provide clinical oversight, support, and guidance to EN and AIN workforce Quality & Compliance: Lead audits, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with hospitals, GPs, referrers and external partners The Clinical Lead position sits within the senior leadership structure of the organisation, with direct accountability to the Nursing Business Manager. About you The ideal Clinical Lead will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering highquality, patientcentred care with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. You will possess a thorough understanding of clinical best practices and evidencebased care, with the ability to lead by example and support continuous improvement in service delivery. Minimum 5 years experience, preferably aged care or home care Strong knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards Strong interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills Ability to work between 6am and 6pm Monday Sunday Must be open to travel as required by the role Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration Current CPR Certificate Current Police Check Immunisation History Statement.
