This role will see you: Work between all areas in DOSA - Admissions, Pre-op Hold & 2nd/3rd Stage Recovery Prepare patients undergoing day procedures before their entry into theatre Discharge patients postprocedure and provide education on what to expect Ensure highquality care is delivered to all our patients Flexibility to work across a sevenday rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, is critical for this role. Your Skills And Experience Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Minimum two years of postgraduate experience in an acute care setting. Recent experience in Day Surgery or Surgical Wards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Remuneration A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications: Registered Nurses: $41.89 $54.01 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1.21.8) Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 $39.96 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates (QLD Enrolled Nurses Level 12) Why Join our Team?
