In this role you will Lead and manage a small multidisciplinary mental health team to deliver high-quality disaster recovery services. Provide leadership in strategic and operational service planning and delivery. Oversee human resource management and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture. Apply advanced clinical knowledge, problem-solving, and community development skills to complex cases.
