Were looking for an energetic and articulate Health Program Coordinator (Primary Health Consultant) to join our Evidence in Practice team for a period of parental leave cover. In this role, youll provide support to primary health care professionals by developing and delivering clinical education tools and resources, including the Tasmanian HealthPathways. What you would be doing Working across program areas such as alcohol and other drugs, mental health, aged care, palliative care, and chronic conditions, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the events management process Working with a team of clinicians to develop and deliver the Tasmanian HealthPathways Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clinical education aligned with Primary Health Tasmanias strategies Here''s what youll look like Experience in events management, primary care, clinical events or education would be highly regarded. You may have a background in project management, public health, a clinical field or healthcare administration. Essential to your success will be your high-level communication skills written, verbal and presentation as you will be required to engage with a variety of stakeholders including clinicians, specialists, Tasmanian Department of Health and internally across the organisation.
