As a senior clinician within a multidisciplinary environment, you will: Deliver high-quality specialist ICU care across a broad case mix Provide leadership, clinical guidance and supervision to medical staff Drive quality, safety and governance initiatives Support education, training and development for doctorsintraining and other health professionals Collaborate closely with the ICU Head of Department and consultant group The ICU is fully accredited with CICM, ensuring excellent registrar support and a rich clinical and teaching environment.
